Wellness for Creative Practice
Creative work is deeply personal and it can be demanding. Each week, students participate in guided mindfulness activities designed to support emotional well-being and focus, including:

Meditation and grounding exercises

Journaling and reflective writing

Group discussions that encourage self-awareness and emotional expression
