Job Placement & Union Access
We don’t stop at training. BE iCONiQ connects learners with real opportunities:

• Internships in media, arts, and tech

• Job placements through partnerships with employers and unions

• Support in navigating union applications for long-term stability, benefits, and professional development

 

Emotional & Behavioral Wellness Built In
Career success requires more than technical skills. That’s why we embed emotional and behavioral support into every aspect of our program.
Participants receive:

• Access to on-site wellness mentors

• Social-emotional learning (SEL) sessions focused on confidence, identity, and emotional regulation

• Creative workshops using art, media, and storytelling for self-expression and stress management

 

This integrated model ensures participants are emotionally prepared for the demands of the workplace while building personal resilience and self-awareness.
